Fresher - Code construction from program specifications as per coding standards
Perform unit & integration testing & Debug software programs
Apply configuration management principles to developed code
Communicate the status of assigned tasks to reporting manager
Communicate with the customer for defects and its resolution

Good knowledge of Java, Java Script, ASP programming languages,J2EE,DotNet standards,XML,XSSL and Oracle or MS-SQL Relational Databases. Must have excellent problem solving, analytical skills and good communication skills.
