Fresher - QA Engineer

Fresher - JOB DESCRIPTION :

· Responsible for creating and maintaining quality assurance processes as well as planning, designing and executing various types of testing like Functional, Integration, Systems, Regression, Scalability, Performance, Stress, Volume, Load, Security, Black Box, White Box, Manual and Automated Testing.
· Responsible to implement, follow and enforce QA methodology, process and standards.
· Responsible for defect management which includes logging, reviewing bugs and expediting the bug fixing
· Responsible to create and maintain the required documentation for QA process as well as for product deliverables.

· 4+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience in a Microsoft Windows environment
· 2+ years experience in a QA lead position.
· Experience in manual testing and automated testing for .net, Web based is required
· Experience with SQL Server/Oracle relational database systems.
· Strong knowledge of test planning, testing techniques and quality processes.
· Excellent problem solving abilities, detail orientation, and diagnostic abilities.
· Genuine passion for QA processes
· Superior oral and written communication skills.
