· Designing and Configuring Secure IM Solution

· Implementing an On-Premise Conferencing Solution with Office Communications Server

· Deploying, Configuring, and Using Participant Clients for On-Premise Conferencing

· Implementing and Maintaining Telephony by Using Office Communications Server

· Planning and Deploying Office Communications Server 2007 in a PBX Telephony Environment, Enterprise Telephony solutions

· Monitoring and Maintaining Office Communications Server

· Must understand how SAN storage is configured for an OCS/Messaging solution.

· Strong capabilities to test Microsoft hot fixes and service packs

· Broad knowledge of MS Windows, Networking & Firewalls is a must; experience in UNIX and Enterprise Applications will be a plus.

05-10 years experience is required.
