Hi frnds.
This is sidhartha.
I was selected in HCL TECHNOLOIES in the interview conducted on JAN5th/2010.
First there was an aptitude exam conducted by ASPIRING MINDS.
If u r shortlisted, then you will b cald for the interview.

Second will be the TECHNICAL INTERVIEW(as there were less candidates, there was a technical interview. Otherwise it could have been a technical GROUP DISCUSSION)
Only basics from the concepts like C were askd for me here in this interview.It depends upon the number of technical skills u know.And remember if u r a candidate other than COMPUTER SCIENCE BACK GROUND then you better prepare about the project work.

Third one,
then if u r short listed u,l be called for the HR round.
If u clear the technical interview Hr round will be very easy.

Remember every thing depends on ur confidence levels.
