Administration - CPC

To focus on the operational aspects of CPCC in relation to clinical administration and facilities management so as to ensure that patient treatments are complying with internal policies and procedures, clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
Help ensuring that the Centre achieves substantive improvements in its ongoing activities and strengthen its clinical services through excellent clinical management, improving the quality of patient care and ensuring the facilities are well-staffed and financials are well-managed.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Medical Administration and service management:
-Supervise daily administrative operations
-Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures.
-Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies
-Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff.
-Managing daily work rooster and ensuring its effective implementation
-Manage and monitor the patient admission including the medical records

HR and vendor management:

-Maintain and organized employee records including time keeping, leaves and attendance
-Monitor administrative staff€™s performance as well as train new employees
-Manage, Monitor and control the administrative as well as financial aspect of different vendors involved in routine management of centre.
-Work closely with Cipla HR and Foundation team on different work process.
Medical compliance as well as Legalities:
-Keep close track of all medico-legal compliance associated with operations of centre
-Supervise and Advise the Medical Director on different medico-legal compliances to be undertaken and completed
-Work closely with Cipla Foundation legal team
Other Related Issues pertaining to effective running of the centre:
-Assist in budget preparation as well as ensuring close tracking of spending
-Assisting different line dept. for their requirement including visitor management
-Assisting with other administrative functions at the centre including IT, Housekeeping etc.
INTERACTIONS:
-Vendors.
-Local authorities
-Other medical institutions.
-Internal team.

Positive Profile

-Proven work experience as a Hospital Administration Manager, Medical Office Manager or similar role
-Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital industry
-Detailed Understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations
-Hands-on experience with database systems and MS Excel
-Basic accounting skills
-Familiarity with medical transcription
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Ability to supervise and train team members
-Problem-solving attitude
-A degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or relevant field with experience in similar role.
Year of experience- About 5-year work experience with similar role, post completion of medical degree will be desirable.
