Company Website: (www.infinitiresearch.com)Please find the below job description.International Sales Assistant Manager/ManagerDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop business plan and strategy for multiple business lines and ensure attainment of company international sales goals and profitability.Provide daily and weekly update to senior management regarding international sales performance. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and ensures that they are communicated, implemented and followed within the team.Insure that all international sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closures. Maintain contact with all customers in the international market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Design and recommend international sales and marketing programs. Set and achieve short- and long-term international sales strategies and goals. Achieve pre-defined international sales targets.Familiarize the team with clients needs and ensure the team addresses all such requirements.Organise and facilitate regular sales team meetings.Help keep the team focused and on track. Collate organisational data in agreement with Managers (monthly time sheets, quality/process adherence documents).Monitor all key sales records and support individual team members to develop positive working relationships with clients.Keep the management team informed of accomplishments and ongoing issues.Track and ensure that sales team members meet daily targets.Manage shift allocation of sales team members, so that clients receive uninterrupted service all the time.Manage and improve productivity of sales team.Ensure and improve quality of international outbound and inbound sales calls through continuous monitoring and training.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION: The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in an international sales environment. Strong communication and presentation skills and a thorough knowledge on various international cultures. Willingness and readiness to work in any shift (APAC, Europe, US) as per business requirement.Customer service oriented and highly organized. The proven ability to build, and lead sales teams successfully. Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships with individuals and groups and a desire to improve these talents.Any graduation or MBA Graduates with Experience of a supervisory role managing floor of International Voice Based Processes.Handling 2 -3 teams consisting team members of at least 10 professionals.More than 5 years of experience in sales and team handling.
