• Co-ordination with sales team
• Counseling the candidates
• Prepare and take approval for Salary Structure and Issuance of Offer letter of the selected candidates
• Induction to be given on the joining of the employee
• Handling all employee enquiries & grievances
• Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions
• General Recruitment for the company
• Supervising the administration, Documentation & certification work , Implementation of HR Policies in the organization
