Bachelors degree in Commerce, BCA or an MCA
Atleast 1+ years experience in implementing HR / Payroll software
Or atleast 1+ years experience in processing Payroll for clients in an outsourced or BPO environment
or: high degree of familiarity with Indian HR & Payroll processes and compliances
Domain knowledge in Indian HR / Payroll is mandatory.
Thorough knowledge of Indian Payroll statutory compliances will be a very big advantage
Understanding of the Software product implementation lifecycle will be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Excellent skills on effective telephone and email communication.
