The Web Chat Services Advisory Role Requires Answering Customers Queries On Live Chats ; Wherein Customer Service And Satisfaction/Delight Will Be The Main Objectives.
The Role Will Also Require The Adviser To Be Good At Analyzing/Comprehending Customer Queries And Accounts, And Then Providing The Correct Resolution As Per Set Operating Procedures And Performance Matrices.
1.He / She Will Need To Provide Information Related To The Customers Account/Services And Processes Etc On Live Chats .
2. Will Need To Research (Real-Time) Information On Various Tools To Provide Accurate Information To The Customer.
3. Need To Maintain All Pertinent Data Related To The Customer Interaction.
4. Will Be Required To Handle At Least Two Chats At A Time, And Make Outbound Calls When Required.
5. Will Need To Ensure Utmost Customer Satisfaction To Be Able Perform And Fetch Good C-Sat And NPS.
Fluency in English Must (Verbal & Written).
Typing required 25 WPM
Flexible to work in Monthly Rotational Shifts.
Can be able to work in Challenging environment.
