Job Description :
PMO role in IT environment to coordinate and ensure the project management tasks are completed on schedule, within cost and quality.
Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare tasks, sequencing and scheduling to ensure the task are completed as per agreed timelines.
Coordinate with the client stake holders to get the task completed
Identify Risk and come with mitigation plan
Worked in budgeting and forecasting
Passion for data gathering, analysis and information sharing
Advanced Office skills across all Microsoft packages, in particular Excel (Access welcome as well)
Solid experience in delivering projects & programs in a matrix structure
Experience working as part of a globally distributed team
Very good communication skills in English
Ability to produce clear and concise reporting
Extraordinary conceptual and analytical capability
Experience in end-to-end financial management plan, forecast, actual function, portfolio and program/project levels
Experience with MS Project, Jira, PPM/Clarity, SharePoint.
3-5 years of experience in a PMO role in IT environment
Detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning and analysis skills
