Roles and responsibilities:

Should be fluent with CakePhp / YII / Codeigniter / Zend Framework (Preferred : Zend)
Desired knowledge in Ecommerce and Multi store application
Strong knowledge and Proficiency in PHP programming based on OOPS approach and MVC patterns
Expertise in SQL (MySQL) including complex database schema design and optimizations
Knowledge of web service development and consumption (JSON, SOAP, XML Feeds, ReST, etc)
Ability to effectively use source control systems such as Subversion (SVN), github, and Mercurial etc
Should have good understanding of handling teams and multiple projects simultaneously
Should be able to assist/train Intermediate/Junior programmers
Must be a strong advocate of following proper coding standards and best practices
Work well under tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities .


Must be well versed in oral and written communication

Key Skills

php, zend, codeigniter, yii

Skill Set:

Should have at least 2- 3 yrs of experience into web development with B-tech, M-tech or MCA degree (full time).
Should have very good knowledge of PHP, HTML, xml.
Should have good experience in Project Analysis.
Expertise in PHP & CMS tools is must.
Good knowledge of large-scale website architectures and technology stacks.
Experience with various development methodologies Agile, TDD or Waterfall.
Experience with LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) & CMS systems.
Excellent team player, passionate and self-motivated with a can do attitude.
