Provide Voice based troubleshooting support to customers over remote software and resolve Technical queries based on customer’s query
• Deliver Technical Support to Microsoft customers over remote troubleshooting and chat support
• This can be related to any computer/peripherals/networking related issues
• They will also be responsible for handling customers’ post registration technical queries, providing post-sale customer service
• Help in achieving SLA’s specially AHT and FCR
• Communicate Quality standards and maintain customer satisfaction Index.
• Mentor and train the agents on latest issues
• Should come up with new troubleshooting techniques
Skills required: -Basic understanding of the Windows Operating System & Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, BCM, Publisher(std), Vista Mail, Outlook Express)
Advanced customer service skills
Clear written communication and typing skills
Demonstrated advanced problem solving skills
Preferred previous consultative selling experience
Education & experience: -BCA, MCA, BE, ME, Btech, Mtech or any computer technical couse,
3 years degree or diploma in hardware networking / trouble shooting 6months experience in international process
