JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will be responsible for handling inbound calls for sorting out the customer queries
• Provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to customer queries
• Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution
• Clarify customer requirements probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
• Comfortable to work in 24/7 environment & voice based profile.
• Immediate joining
• Salary is negoatible as per the Industry Standard + 5 Days Working + Both Side Cabs + Best BPO Environment
