General Instructions
I Independent Faculty/Faculties shall be empaneled based on the information provided in the bio data/application form and as per the suitability/requirement of IPDS unit of PFC.



II Training Experts/Faculties shall be engaged for delivering sessions at PFC HQ/DISCOMs HQ/ other locations across the country

III Honorarium shall be paid per day as per level and rates mentioned at Sr No.

3 IV Travel, Boarding & lodging and local travel facility for outstation programs shall be extended equivalent to AGM for Sr No 1 & 2 and equivalent to Manager in PFC for Sr No 3 & 4 in the table at Sr No.

3 V Travel, boarding and lodging facilities shall be arranged by PFC Alternatively payment on account of arrangement for travel, boarding and lodging can also be reimbursed, if arrangements could not be made by PFC

VI.

Location mentioned in current address shall for operation shall be considered as base station for commencement of journey by Training Experts/Faculties whenever called for delivering lectures However they may be called from any other place depending upon their availability

VII All Computations of age/ minimum experience requirement/ qualification shall be done wr.

t 1 st May, 2018 (specified date)

VIII The mere fact that a candidate has submitted the application against the advertisement and apparently fulfilling criteria as prescribed in the advertisement would not bestow on him/ her right for empanelment

IX.

Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply

X Any legal proceeding in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/or any application in response thereto can be instituted only in Delhi and courts/ tribunals/ forums at Delhi only shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any such cause/dispute

XI PFC will not be responsible for any postal delay/loss in transit in submission of documents within specified time.

3 Since the empanelment of Independent Faculty/Experts under IPDS (subsumed RAPDRP) is a continuous process, the application may also be considered for subsequently as per requirement even after the last date of current empanelment ie 29 th May, 2018.
