Job Details

National Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Rural Development, registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, invite applications for the post of Director (Administration & Finance), Deputy Director (Administration) and Accounts Officer on deputation (on foreign service) basis The pay and allowances and other terms of deputation of the officers/officials selected for the said posts will be regulated in accordance with the instructions contained in the Department of Personnel & Training OM No6/8/2009-Estt (Pay-II), dated 17/06/2010 The name of the post, tenure, scale of pay and eligibility criteria for filling up of this post on deputation basis are as under:

 

  1. Director (Admin & Finance)-One post Pay Scale - Level-13 in the Pay matrix

Deputation period: 5 years

 

Maximum Age limit : Shall not be exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.

Eligibility :

 

Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Central Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis in parent department or cadre or with five years' serve in the level rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts level 12 in Pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department and possessing degree from a recognised institution and with 10 years' experience in Admin and Finance 2 years experience in social sector will be a desirable qualification

 

  1. Dy Director (Admin) - One post

 

Pay Scale - Level-11 in Pay matrix

 

Deputation period : 4 years

 

Maximum Age limit : Shall not be exceeding fifty six years as on the closing date for receipt of applications

Eligibility :

 

Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Central Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis in parent department or cadre or with five years' serve in the level rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts level 9/10 in Pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department or with six years' service in the level rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in level 8 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department and possessing degree from a recognised institution and with 5 years experience in Admin and Finance 2 years experience in social sector will be a desirable qualification

 

  1. Accounts Officer - One post Pay scale-Level-07 in the Pay Matrix

Deputation period : 3 years.

 

Maximum Age limit : Shall not be exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date for receipt of applications

Eligibility :

 

Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or recognised research institutions or universities or Public Sector Undertakings or statutory or Autonomous organisations holding analogous posts on regular basis in parent department or cadre or with five years's serve in the level rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts level six in Pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department and possessing a pass in the SAS or equivalent examination conducted by any of the organized Accounts Departments of the Central Government or successful completion of training in the cash and Accounts work in the Institute of Training and Management or equivalent course and a minimum of 3 years experience in Cash, Accounts and Budget work

 

  1. The application in the prescribed proforma together with attested copies of ACRs/APAR for the last five years of the eligible officials, who are willing to be considered for the said post and would be spared immediately, may be forwarded to the Addl Secretary RD and Chief Executive Officer, National Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society, 7th Floor, NDCC-II Building, Jai Singh Road, New Delhi-110011 within one month from its date of publication

 

  1. While forwarding the application, certificate to the effect that the officials are (i) clear from vigilance point of view and; (ii) there is no disciplinary case pending/contemplated against him/her, shall be given at the bottom of the given Proforma.

  2. The officials who volunteer for the post shall not be allowed to withdraw their names later on

 

  1. Applications received after the expiry of last date or otherwise found incomplete for want of ACRs/Vigilance Clearance Certificate may not be entertained
