AEM Architect Years of experience- 10+ years Location Pune/Hyderabad/ Bangalore /Chennai Develop Digital Consumer experiences based on platforms across content management, commerce, analytics, marketing automation technologies Define solution architecture for global customer engagement and global web content management platforms, integrating a full collage of supporting technologies including AEM, Adobe Google Analytics, Personalization, Campaign Management, Tag Manager, Journey Orchestration solutions and others Develop powerful features such as multisite and multichannel delivery, personalization targeting, content aggregation & syndication, headless content management, multilingual support, automated workflow management, social media etc Diagnose and solve technical problems related to customer experience platform implementations Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications and solution architecture for content & collaboration solutions.

Provide inputs and direction to senior developers on the team for design and implementation Define implementation processes, quality gates and standards for design and development Define best practices to manage performance, security and scalability of the Digital Platforms Lead and Involve in Planning and estimations of Adobe projects, Lead all tracks of the project from Frontend, backend, QA and Project Management Experience Guidelines Overall experience of 810 years with 3 years of experience with multiple marketing products.

Strong understanding of the AEM platform, architecture and infrastructure setup, management, and performance optimization to include Apache Sling, Apache Felix (OSGi) and the various implementations of the Java Content Repository (JCR) with AEM 6x hands on experience Strong understanding of the development and deployment process within AEM, including automated build processes using Apache Maven, Jenkins and Artifactory Strong understanding of the base templates and components provided by AEM Good experience on migration from various CMS to AEM Experience of building content delivery network following Microservices or mesh architecture leveraging Spring Experience on integrating with 3rd party systems on client side and server side.

Strong understanding and experience on achieving NFRs like performance, security, accessibility & responsiveness Handson experience of implementing and optimizing enterprise search engine, content crawl and indexing Working with Project Teams at a Sprint level to ascertain implementation as per recommended architecture Getting involved with partner teams on technical requirements and ascertaining smooth integration of all applications with one another Mastery of all relevant core Java technologies that are used in most Java centric CMSWCM platforms, including but not limited to XML, XSL, XSLT, XSD, server side programming models, and other related presentation, middle tier & persistence frameworks
