Analyst Hr Systems Job In Lowe S India In India, Bengaluru / Bangalore

• Develops, configures, modifies, and tests HR system solutions in the designated HR product by defining test scenarios and oversee process
• Heavy concentration on biweekly US Payroll processing, audits, data loads and corrections
• Review, test, and assist with the implementation of Workday enhancements & other HR system upgrades, by collaborating with functional and technical teams to coordinate the application of an update or fix and document process and results
• Serves as an SME for Workday Recruiting, HCM, Compensation, Talent and Learning Modules or other equivalent Applications
• Integrate, test and implement new HRMS application modules, upgrades and features

• Participates in the end-to-end product lifecycle by applying and sharing an in-depth understanding of company and industry methodologies, policies, standards, and controls

• Automates and simplifies HR system processes develops solutions consisting of one or more viewpoints (business, application, data, and infrastructure) required for HR solution delivery

• Seeks to understand knowledge of HR technical/professional area best practices and their unique application to the company
• Offers exceptional customer service and ability to work professionally and proactively with a remote stakeholder base
• Process transactions in HR information systems in accordance with applicable laws accurately and in a timely manner
• Integrate, test and implement new HRMS application modules, upgrades and features

• Monitors compliance with HR systems and programs as prescribed by Lowe's business needs and internal partners

• Creates, develops and delivers training to users via HCMS system, online technical documentation, and job aids
• Partner with Offshore /On shore team and support managers on projects and on-demand request
• Provide end-user support troubleshoot issues via research, testing, recreation of scenarios and document finding
