• Responsible for analyzing data from numerous systems to create reporting tailored for the business
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports, analyzing and reporting on ad-hoc requests, whilst creating and maintaining operational dashboards within agreed timelines
• Collecting and interpreting data, developing and maintaining databases, filtering data, correcting code issues, preparing business reports
• Understand business requirements and translate into reporting requirements
• Develop operational performance reports and dashboards to give an operational overview - reporting on SLAs, KPIs, CIs, Savings and other functional metrics
• Develop and maintain MIS applications developed in MS Excel/ MS Access
• Automate Excel reports and dashboards using Power queries
• Identify process improvement areas and develop the solutions
• Work as a data custodian & SME for operational reporting
• Manage stakeholders and fulfill their expectations
