Position Description - AccountabilitiesEnsure 100% on-time (as determined by the contractual terms) and accurate (as determined by the controls framework) processing of invoicesEnsure vendor disputes are resolved within in a short turnaround time of 2 working daysEnsure the process KPIs are achieved with appropriate reasoning for non-achievementEnsure all Trackers / Reports are maintained at 100% (Timeliness & Accuracy)Timely review of WI's and co-ordinate with supervisors for updationTimely escalation of pending issues.

Daily review of the Purchase TAT report and update with adequate reasonsFollow i-Pad toolkitFollow documented Work Instructions and agreed Ways of Working with no deviationsFollow the escalation matrix defined for the processPosition Description - Special ChallengesGood communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across all culturesboth within the organisation and with external counterparties.

Proven ability to effectively challenge whilst remaining customer focused and exhibitingcommercial mindsetGood accounting knowledge to understand the flow of entries in the e2e Accounts PayableProcess to gain subject matter expertiseWork Schedule- US business hours coverage is expected to be provided all through the month with a routine shift time of 6 pm to 3 am The shift will be extending during critical days of business depending workflow of invoicesExperience and Qualification requiredProfessional / Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or related business degree.

Strong experience in Accounts payable domain with relevant years of experience as appropriate for the job groupsAbility to work effectively and efficiently with a short turn-around time involving complexities and competing prioritiesProven ability to work pro-actively and with minimum supervisionAdditional commentsGood Microsoft Access and Excel skills Good Knowledge of SAP is highly preferred.
