Ap Regional And Business Development Senior Manager Job In Boston Consulting Group In Delhi, India

WHAT YOU'LL DOThis role plays a pivotal role in the growth of BCG U (BCG's corporate and public upksilling and reskilling business) in the AP regionThe role will involve:

• Prepare reports and leadership meetings, laying out the state of the business and proposing required business development and other management actions
• Supporting the development and definition of the BD strategy for BCG U in AP, including occasional help with arranging meetings with prospective clients
• Monitor the evolving BCG U portfolio of programs, learning journeys and experts, to be able to fully understand BCG U proposition and design its GTM strategy
• Collaborating with the Global Operations Team and Business Development Managers in other regions to align on the BD strategy and to constantly share best practices managing the business
• Own the vendor management in the region, working closely with BCG Legal and Procurement in contracting, including definition of commercial scope and terms of payment support the development of global vendor management standards together with the Global BCG U Ops Director
• Lead the risk, data privacy protection, and compliance management for BCG U projects in the region
• Supporting the preparation and execution of internal and external BCG U events in AP
• In collaboration with BCG U's Sr Marketing Manager helping implementation of region-specific campaigns and marketing programs
• Taking care of BCG U's people in the region, working closely with the global OPS team in areas of recruiting, staffing, career development, and well-being

• 8-10 years of working In strategy/ business development roles
• Strong relationship building skills
• Good understanding of the Business with strong business judgement
• Experience of working and handling multiple stakeholders
• Project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong command of English language
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and key collaboration tools, e.
