Application Support Release Manager Job In Chase Bank In Bengaluru / Bangalore, India

• Track, plan and manage all release activities for Chase Personal & Business Online
• Manage relationships and coordinate work between IT teams performing implementations
• Control and manage a schedule of planned releases to pre-production and production environments
• Report on weekly/Quarterly/Monthly releases
• Ensures that issues and risks are identified, understood, and dealt with in a manner that mitigates risk to scope and schedule
• Coordinating, mentoring and motivating release engineers across multiple applications
• Constructing and publishing a release calendar for the different projects to have a centralized view of all releases and communication internally
• Works closely with the Various Stakeholders, Engineering Leads, Area Product Group Leadsto ensure that the release is fully tested and ready for production
• Conduct release plans and readiness review for CRs and MRs
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline using Jules, Jenkins, Bitbucket and GIT andhands-on working knowledge on Confluence, JIRA.
  
  
• Participate in Post Implementation Review (PIR) / Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Calls
• Amazon, Google cloud technology knowledge is essential AWS Cloud Practitioner certification a plus but not mandatory
