Bassein Catholic Cooperative Bank invites application for the position Architect

Eligibility:
i Bank is appointing Architect on Contract to oversee / assist for the proposed Head Office in Vasai
ii Candidate should have minimum Bachelor in Architecture from premium institute
iii.

He / She should be minimum 35 years of age with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
iv He / She will be performing as an individual contributor
v He / She must have knowledge of architecture and architectural principles and techniques.


vi He / She must have expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
vii He / She will be responsible to collaborate on Design Projects
viii.

He / She will be responsible to complete and file all required paperwork that is involved in the design process
ix He / She will be responsible for reviewing work of contractor, verifying specified materials are being used, dimensions are as drawn and quality is according to contract document
x He / She will be responsible in giving advice to the Management & inviting Tenders from eligible contractors and assist in the process.


xi He / She will be responsible for successfully communicating with internal & external stakeholders

Age Limit: He / She should be minimum 35 years of age
