Job Brief: We are looking for a adept and competent Area Sales Manager to help us build our business activities in East zone He shall be responsible for pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction3 Position: Area Sales Manager will be reporting to the Regional Manager (East)4 Location: Area Sales Manager ( East) will be located at HO, Kolkata5.

Responsibilities :Identify business growth opportunities across the zone, build direct/ channel/ new client acquisition strategies and tap growth opportunities to achieve zonal targetsAugment the business volumes of mortgage lending in the region, manage client databases and tap them through Sales Executives and dedicated relationship managersDrive relationships with key clients, faster TAT and cross selling initiatives in order to increase the client base of the RegionScan the zonal market and its competitive offerings on a periodic basis; report on emerging trends and business opportunities for the mortgage segment to the head officeEngage with channel partners and develop a touch point management system for faster customer connectivityConduct engagement programs and sales trainings to develop channel partners 6 Experience required:Proven experience of 5-7 years in sales preferably from adhesive industry or relevant industries such as paint/allied industries Should have exposure in retail sales ( exposure in footwear industry would be an added advantage) 7 Languages: Should know Hindi, Bengali and English CHANDRAS' CHEMICAL ENTERPRISES PVT LTD.
