Qualification & Experience
  • A degree from a recognized University
  • Previous experience in BCP / Risk Management
  • Overall work experience of 5 - 7 years with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
  • In depth knowledge / Expertise / Experience in BCMS
  • Professional certifications in related field (ISO 22301 / 31000, CBCP, CBCI) (Desirable)
  • Good understanding of how the organization works (identify owners and decision makers)
  • Intercultural awareness, intellectual grasp and hands-on attitude
  • Good analytical / solution design and problem solving skills; Decision making at proposal stage
  • Pro-activeness and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate and cooperate efficiently in a professional environment
  • Good MS Office skills (particularly MS Excel)
  • Business fluent in English (reading and writing)
Overall Objectives of Job:Resilience Incident Management : Effectively manage BC/IBR events Follow established procedures to minimize the impact of service disruption in Allianz Services in India A Collaborate with departments to collate critical staff list B.

Timely communication to all stakeholders with status C Record keeping and data analysis to study impact of strike on operations D Manage the India governance (meetings, minutes, actions) Business Impact Analysis: A Govern BIA in all Allianz Services India processes to identify business critical services and processes B.

Ensure 100% repatriation completed for all India processes and shared with relevant onshore BCP coordinators / conduct BIA for onshore, based on availability of onshore BCP personnel BC Implementation Support: Conduct the yearly review of documentation related to BCP Carry out the defined BCP exercises in liaison with onshore counterparts Participate in relationship meetings and steering group meetings with the onshore and close all actions as per agreed timelines Act as the SPOC for all BCP activities Timely reporting of incidents and potential / near misses Support with Repatriation Plan for Allianz Services in India Innovations: Need to come up with innovative ideas to enhance resilience standards to the next level
  • Document Management:
  • Complete BCP plan
  • Complete IBR plan
  • Plan to devise Crisis Management Plan
Technical : Exposure to any workflow tools like IBM Open pages, SharePoint to implement for Resilience activities Functional : Experience in Business Continuity Management including awareness, analysis, exercising BCP activities
