Job Description:
· Support the delivery of small-scale technology improvements typically aimed at process automation which enhance the Employee Experience or save time and effort for KBS teams
· Bring knowledge of automation applications and techniques to help identify, prioritise and execute automation opportunities across KBS
· Provide support to Process Improvement Champions in the identification and delivery of automation opportunities
· Support the creation of an automation toolkit which can enhance our KBS Process Handbook and serve as a tool for KBS colleagues

Education / professional qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate

Prior Experience:
The candidate must have relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional services firm or BPO / ITO service provider

Technical skills:
· Knowledge of process automation / robotics process automation
· Knowledge of automation applications and techniques
· Experience with automation tools (eg Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath, MS Powered tools)

Behavioural / team skills
· Familiarity with process improvement and transformation programmes
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Able to facilitate automation workshops
· Pro-active and constructive attitude
· High attention to detail
Strong time management skills to meet challenging
