BOB Financial Solutions invites application for the position Assistant Manager/Manager

Educational Qualifications: BE/BTech in Computer science/Information Technology/MCA/MBA from Reputed College/University

Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience with Strong Knowledge of Vision Plus, Falcon, TRIAD etc

Location of posting: Mumbai.

The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) within the organization / parent organization / any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary Candidate is liable to be transferred to any other location in India

Job specific skills: Applicants should possess the following attributes:

A) Minimum 6-7 years of experience in business process engineering business system analysis and working through the SDLC
B) Excellent functional knowledge of Credit Cards Origination & Service
C) Strong requirements gathering skills (Interviewing business users and functional leaders).

D) Experience in systems development life cycle in Agile / waterfall development environment
E) Experience writing functional requirements specifications (FRS),Business Requirement Document (BRD) & Data interface specifications
F) Experience working at program level and coordination of deliverables across multiple projects
G) Experience in defining use cases and test cases for projects

Roles and Responsibilities: Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting):

Design and Implement Technology solutions for Credit Cards business with support from internal technology teams and application vendors
2 Analyze requirements, working with business to conceptualize and defined detailed Business requirements
3 Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.

4 Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution
5 Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business, develop use cases to explain/ demonstrate business requirements/ specifications to IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews

Assist IT and business teams to ensure requirements are translated to test plans
7 Assist Quality Management team to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed
8 Producing executive level reports and presentations on health of project delivery and the financial status of portfolio.

9 Prepare and present project status to key stakeholders at regular intervals
10 Coordinate third parties such as System Integrators, Third Party Vendors and back-end API providers

Ensure that the solutions deployed are robust, scalable and there are no major functional/performance issues post the implementation
12 Act as a technology consultant to the business teams to ensure the requirements are fulfilled with minimal changes to systems and existing system capabilities are fully exploited
