Job Description : Job Summary Handle NR customer request & service queries via Email and Phone Assisting Internal customeras (Branch Staff)for the Product, process or any query pertain to NR customers Cross Sell Banking Products based on Goal sheet Detailed Responsibilities Handle queries &complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Also need to manage enquiries on new products / communications launched by bank Ensure end to end resolution and provide customer satisfaction on every call Out calling customers whenever required and follow up to take queries to closures .

Other duties may be assigned as business needs require: Desired skills and competencies Strong Written & Verbal Communication Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability and desire to cross sell Banking products Should be open to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs (Night shifts in case of male employees) Open to work on Bank holidays (Sunday fixed off) Experience in cross selling various banking products would be an added bonus
