Role: AssistantManager - Proposal & Cost EstimationVertical / Department:Modular Fabrication (MF) Vertical / Proposal & Cost EstimationLocation:AMN Tower, Powai, MumbaiReporting to:Head -Proposal & Cost Estimation, Modular Fabrication VerticalNo of Reportees (if any):NilPurpose of Role:
- Study of ITT documents and compilation/raising queries to client
- Carry out proposal engineering for PAR & PAU modules
- Cost compilation and optimization
- Interactions with vendors for various procurement items
- Compilation of Basis & Assumptions document for minimum changes during project stage
- Co-ordination with Yard & design teams for proposal inputs
- Work-out accurate costing & apply cost Reduction Themes
- Review BOQ / Vendor offers for Optimization
- Review of technical offer prepared with respect to ITB requirements for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare competitive cost estimates to achieve budgeted order inflow
- On time compilation of proposals
- Cost reduction strategies through value engineering process
- Evaluation of Risk register and mitigation plan
