Responsibilities RTR Accounting / Finance Graduate / Post Graduate Qualified Accountants or Intermediate Accountants preferred 5-8 year relevant experience Should have BPO (third party vendor) exposure of at least 2 years.

Proven people management skills Functional / domain knowledge of F&A processes Good analytical skills and experience on process simplification / transformationPrimary responsibilities:a) Manage team and take Operations Manager responsibilities on a need basisb) Act as single point of contact for client (for Operational issues)c) Train team members on various processes and domain related requirementsd) Identify and execute transformation projectse) Act as a knowledge manager (Documentation, updating, version control)f) Ensure quality of the deliverablesPTP.

Manage delivery of AP services as per the agreement with client First level escalation for client process owners/Infosys AP team Review of payment proposal and provide list of large payments Deploy and monitor process controls, quality assurance plans and risk mitigation initiatives Identify transformational initiatives.

Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs Track service level metricsOTC Manage delivery of AR services as per the agreement with client First level escalation for client process owners/Infosys AR team Review of payment proposal and provide list of large payments.
