Assistant Manager-Sales & Marketing

• Follow up for RFQ and convert them to business
• Follow up activities at the customer and establish and nurture key customer relationships (Automotive-OEMs)
• Analyze and evaluate competitor activity, technical advances and market potential
• Develop short-and long-range market forecasts
• Maintain Constant awareness of the total industry activity, including the customers and competitors, to assist in maintaining present business levels and developing future business
• Work with other functional areas (ie engineering, manufacturing, finance, program, etc)
• Maintain contact with management, the customer's purchasing, engineering, production control and receiving/inspection departments and obtain feedback pertaining to competitor pricing, products, quality and delivery
• Assist and build team.
  
  
• Follow and practice safety and environmental policies and procedure
• Focus on acquisition of new business and retain / gain existing market share / replace competitor
• Responsible for account receivables
• Take lead in organising tech shows, participation in trade fairs etc
• Establishing contacts with global teams (internal / customer) and maintaining business relationship Account receivables
