b Work closely with the management for achieving the performance metrics & track system downtime Prepare and present monthly fraud performance reporting to management and business partners.
Prepare and present analytics results to business partners and management
c Collaborate with Operational partners to communicate awareness of fraud trends and initiatives Lead implementation of fraud risk management framework Review electronic cases produced by the Falcon Fraud system.
d Analyze transaction patterns and respond quickly to high-risk situations Identify changing fraud trends and recommend possible Falcon strategy changes to reduce fraud loss Process Lost/Stolen account calls as necessary
Verify account activity and take appropriate action to minimize potential fraud loss and customer inconvenience
Educational Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline Post graduate Degree will be an added advantage
Minimum Experience 3+ Year in service industry (preferably credit cards) as on last date of receipt of application.
