JAS CMS is hiring Asst Manager - Hydraulic Pump (Solenoid Valves) in Research & Development for its client into design and manufacturing of Hydraulic Pump, Valves and its components Client has world class of manufacturing facilities across India and in France Key Result Areas
- Good knowledge of Solenoid valve
- Proficient in design calculation,
- Good Knowledge in applying Geometrical Dimension and Tolerances.
- Good knowledge in selecting material for design requirements
- Design failure mode and Effect Analysis of products
- Good Analytical skill
- Design and development of solenoid coil & Iron
- Establishing technical requirement for product.
- Generation of DFMEA along with specific requirements
- Preparation of 3D CAD model and 2D Drawings
- ECN preparation
- Preparing IMS documents for projects
- Detail Design (part drawing) release of parts of manufacturing/procurement & Generating Bills of materials through Internal ERP.
- Creo
- Wind-chill
- Hydraulics knowledge
- Knowledge on GD & T
