• Job Responsibilities : 1 Assist in implementing and executing vigilance agenda throughintelligence & vigilance activities2 Protect company funds, tangible and intangible assets, resources andproperty from unethical activities by internal and external parties3.
  
  Collect vital inputs from sources which are directly / indirectlyaffecting the organisation business4 Gathering information by overt & covert means5 Keep a close watch on the suspects, information which is gatheredthrough intelligence so that planned actions are apprehended / stoppedbefore commission6 Conduct the surprise checks of offices & facilities to get relevantinputs.
  
  7 Collection, collation, and dissemination of the information8 Respond in case of emergency / incident reported by concerned team9.
  
  Maintain complete FRM reports & update entries from the stage ofreceipt of input / complaint, till report is sent to NHQ10 Keep follow up by way of reminders till completion of case11 Keep an unobtrusive watch on the company stakeholders to observe anysuspicious movement.
  
  12 Develop and maintenance the sources at every concerned office /location13 Liaison with office staff and other stakeholders and geographicalorientation of the surrounding14.
  
  Liaison with Government officials / local agencies and other supportservices15 Smooth coordination and interaction with various internal departmentto upkeep contact details of employees deployed
• Skills & Competencies : 1 Verbal and written proficiency in English & Hindi language2.
  
  Knowledge of local language of the place of deployment will be anadded advantage3 Ability to liaison with the local law & order authorities4 Basic legal awareness of drafting FIRs.
  
  5 Hands on experience in Microsoft Word & Excel for report writing anddocumentation6 Ability to maintain confidentiality of source / whistle blower
