Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Work with business recruiters to understand detailed requirements for job opening, interpret job descriptions, and understand job qualifications overall
Screen against basic qualifications
Resume review using judgement, experience and business recruiter intake session details to determine match and recommend the candidate for pre-screen, standardizing where possible
Utilize R464 to identify diverse candidates who meet BQs / keep in pipeline for BR to review preferred
skills
Perform multiple checks including client checks and rehire eligibility by confirming status within internal databases
Review referrals and disposition appropriately in ATS
Conduct self in a professional manner and take responsibility for work and commitments
Flex approach to meet the changing needs of teams
Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly and efficiently
