Core Product/ Delivery experience Ability to drive Delivery across large diverse teams on various Healthcare core domain areas, Digital and Product/Platforms Key areas to Focus:

• Good HC experience working with Core Products, platforms: TriZetto, Health edge etc
• Delivery and Service management: Ability to manage large critical programs and drive delivery excellence
• Customer mgmt: Able to manage Sr customer stakeholders and position Thryve value and capabilities
• People mgmt: Manage teams with diverse skills and technologies Good people leader.
  
  Able to groom next level leaders and talent
• Innovation focused Able to come out with innovative solutions: domain) technology and drive continuous improvement
• Able to anchor and contribute /drive large strategic initiatives
• Work collaboratively across all groups within Thryve and HMHS/ enGen Enterprise Technology office teams
