Job Details
The Role ResponsibilitiesProcesses
  • Actively participate in the implementation of applications developed , preparation of user manuals, conducting of demos
  • Preparation and review of business, functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for the projects involved
  • To understand the business needs / requirements and to provide inputs to the developer's basis the requirement received
  • To connect with the business units to understand specifics and to disseminate to the teams the workflow on the as is process and the proposed requirement
  • Collaborate and co-ordinate with the developers and the business units.

  • Work with stream leads and project managers to develop requirements and perform requirement analysis
  • Ensure the benefits are detailed out and documented by the teams in the BRD
  • Staying up to date on the latest process and systems / tools to automate and modernize systems
  • To collaborate with the functions and provide guidance on A3 and support in their continuous improvement agenda
Risk Management
  • Ensure EUC documentation and registration.

  • Audit findings on the EUC documentation not meeting up the EUC policy and procedures
Governance
  • Support all aspects of application development such as Requirement Gathering / BRD preparation / Review / Disseminating of requirements / Testing / Exception Management / Enhancement Management and launch of the application
  • Track significant issues arising from the launch of the application and ensure resolution
  • Conducting demos and preparation of user manual

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters
People and Talent
  • Provide leadership, management and coaching to direct reports to ensure they are highly engaged and performing to their potential.

  • Promote and embed a culture of openness, trust and risk awareness, where ethical, legal, regulatory and policy compliant conduct is the norm
  • Stimulate an environment where forward planning, prioritisation, deadline management and streamlined workflows and collaborative, inclusive yet effective and efficient work practices are the norm
  • Collaborate with training teams to input to training curriculum to support closing of capability gaps
Project / Change Management
  • Manage and protect business as usual (BAU) capability and also support the Change Request requirements in case of any enhancements
  • Provide subject matter expert advice, guidance and support to the business units on managing change.

  • Review new business requirements and provide solutions where required
Business
  • Support relevant stakeholders to make decisions based on current and possible future policies, practices, and trends
Strategy
  • Ensure that there is adequate support (people, processes, tools, frameworks, systems) in the respective team for necessary FCC controls
