Role: Azure Support Lead Location: Hyderabad Notice period- 0-30 daysNote: Should be willing to work in 24/7 shifts Managed at least 10 member teamSkills required:
- Experience 8+ years of experience
- Good hands-on experience in T-SQL ,ETL, Azure data factory & Synapse .
- Should involve in requirement analysis, impact analysis etc as well
- Experience in Team management & need to be result oriented
- Experience in operational delivery
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Data Ingestion & Support Team
- Act as a mentor and provide oversight, coaching, and training to technicalsupport group
- Be the point of contact when it comes to technical escalations
- Record and track team SLAs and workflows
- Work to create any relevant support material for the team
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Should have experience in publishing Roaster plan
- Should also work on Shift basis (24/7) model.

Experience 8+ Years Of Experience. Good Hands-on Experience In T-sql ,etl, Azure Data Factory & Synapse .
