• Stakeholders in upholding and enhancing the Brand Image and Customer Service Standards
• Complete Knowledge about the Brand and the Fragrances in the store
• Accomplishes sales objectives by forecasting requirements
• Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers
• Organize and attend Brand Promotional Events
• Compliance of the visual merchandising Standards.
  
  
• Relationship building - Externally, with customers and suppliers Internally with different related and supporting departments
• Maintains a comprehensive customer database including requirements & identifies new customer opportunities
• Inventory management and control through ensuring 100% compliance of Standard Operation Procedure
• Complies with all loss prevention and safety policies and procedures
• Complies with all rules and Regulations, discipline and grooming standards of the organization.
