Position Summary:In this role, the BSW Development Leader will be responsible for design, development, documentation, verification and leading a team of embedded software for AutoSAR based Complex Power Electronics production projects to meet customer, internal, and regulatory requirement in a fast-paced start-up like environment within a Fortune 500 Organization Also Individual will actively participate in a structured product development process, which encompasses technical requirements development software and architecture design, implementation and verification production test strategy development and launch to mass productionEducational Qualifications : BE/BTech/M.

E/MTech in Electronics / Communication / Electrical /Power Electronics / InstrumentationExperience : 7-10 years 5+ years of work experience in automotive BSW software development 4+ years of work experience in with AUTOSAR softwareMajor Job Responsibilities: Lead Team who develop software for the components BSW Services or BSW COMM/Diag for use in power electronics production projects including inverter and converter electronic controllers, focusing on reusability across projects whenever possible Lead requirements engineering, Collaboration with internal & external customers, systems, manufacturing competencies to understand their needs.

Accurately define and document the technical side of the BSW Component schedule (BSW Services or BSW COMM/Diag) with estimates and identified risks, Coordinate & lead Iteration planning, agile stand-up meetings Lead enhancement of the controls and module/component architectures alongside strategic roadmap with cutting-edge technology advancements and innovative solutions Take responsibility for team's designated software tasks from design through development, integration & test.

Individually contribute to Design/code/test software following Automotive SPICEcompliant development process Working with multisite teams using AGILE methodology Assist in debugging through established problem solving techniques and debug on bench Interface with Systems engineering to ensure software requirements are understood and documented appropriately & analyzed prior to software design and implementation for BSW componnets - BSW Services or BSW COMM/Diag Take initiative to test code against known usage, investigate faults/boundary conditions, and automate unit tests.
