Business Analyst Job In Automotive Robotics India Private Limited In Bengaluru / Bangalore

The candidate will be responsible for clearly and effectively translating the business needs of the product owner to tangible requirements that the software engineering team can work to deliver value to the customer He/she will act as an interface between the customer/product owner and the engineering team responsible for product development/enhancement Will largely involve documenting the needs of the customer in an engineering system and articulating the same to engineering development teams to bring forth the desired result in the product The candidate should be able to think through the needs of the customer and anticipate how best a feature of the product would add value to the customer needs while keeping in mind that the new feature has to be complementary to existing features Responsibilities Understand the need of the customer (Epic level) and generate documented requirements (user story definition and grooming) including functional and non-functional objectives.

Manage the lifecycle of a product requirement and communicate status/issues/gaps to the stakeholders Collaborate closely with the product owner and understand measures for success on the needs of the customer Work closely with the software engineering team to ensure their understanding of the requirements and set measures for success as and when required Provide clarifications on the product requirements to the engineering teams during the development life cycle Review deliverables and participate in product demonstrations and provide review comments.

Participate in customer discussions around future and current plans for the product Prioritization of requirements Required must skills: At least 8 Years of experience in a software engineering environment, with a significant time(at least 6 years) performing as a business analyst in a product development organization Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong initiative and leadership skills.

Strong analysis and problem-solving skills ability to think through use cases/user stories/exception scenarios and provide upfront input for the engineering teams Experience in requirements management tools and processes that promote collaboration among stakeholders Ability to understand tech jargon while interacting with the engineering teams Good understanding of system engineering concepts, particularly as they relate to workflow management and control and monitoring requirements Process orientated approach in a SAFe Agile setting Desired skills: Work experience in the mining domain Mining product knowledge is very big plus.
