Must Haves Minimum 10+ years exp Looking for a BA who has worked in software tooling, preferably clarity PPM and project management With significant experience in business analysis design, strong influencing and leadership capabilities, you're the specialist we need You: have led teams of business analysts working on complex projects have worked on Agile projects delivering quick sprints with cross functional team members have facilitated requirement workshops and demos with stakeholders across functions and regions have experience of working on a PPM tool and good understanding of Resource and Financial Forecasting processes worked with stakeholders across regions to develop and gain agreement to adopt new functionality, processes or ways of working Communicating changes effectively across wide stakeholder communities are able to undertake process and data analysis and produce documentation that is easy to understand Role - leading the business analysis activities on a variety of change initiatives across the TRMO Change portfolio, whilst ensuring alignment of changes to the strategic roadmap facilitating workshops on processes, data and tooling requirements/solutions with working groups across regions.

taking ownership to regularly review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations relating to the proposed solution, throughout the lifecycle of the project working with colleagues and third parties to explore and develop innovative new approaches and solutions collaborating and building relationships with our key stakeholders - PMOs, PMs and other Clarity users
