Role : Salesforce Business Analyst Location : Remote Client : Infosys JOB DESCRIPTION: 9+ years of professional experience with leadership in technology or business analysis Knowledge on Salesforce CRM Excellent decision making ability manage a complex ever changing priority list and resolve conflicts competing priorities Excellent communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in managing functional communication technical stakeholders and technical communication non-technical stakeholders Strong Analyst with a thorough understanding of how interpret customer business needs and translate them in application and operational requirements Business and Functional requirement knowledge ie, elicitation of requirements, planning, documentation, analysis and alignment standards Ability embrace, adapt and lead through change, foster effective partnerships and drive effective collaboration with peers and vendor resources Proficiency in MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills Experience of Agile / Scrum is preferred and a working knowledge of Waterfall desirable
