What you'll bring:

• 6+ years of experience as a business analyst usingAgilemethodologies eliciting requirements from business use cases
• Knowledge ofSAFEagile project delivery methodologies and software development practicesis preferred
• A strong technology background and experience working with API based products, micro-services, and/or cloud solutions is a plus
• Proven experience in performing analysis and creating structured documentation of technical landscapes, workflows, system dependencies and interface requirements
• The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, internal parties and vendors
• The ability to work with internal and external stakeholders closely for technical proposal and solutions design
• Lead project initiation and ensure robust and measurable business cases ex
• Must have solid Microsoft Productivity Suite skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
• Persistent, methodical, and thorough mindset and output driven approach
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Become a subject matter expert in the products that are delivered through your services/platforms and act as an ambassador for the product internally
• Use your excellent communication skills to understand technical requests and accurately translate into product features that include benefit hypotheses, outcome hypotheses, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with architecture product manager and product owner to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement
• Work with QA and analyze data and test results to ensure integrity is maintained throughout program lifecycle and ensure market and business needs are satisfied
