• A minimum of 3 years and Max 9 yrs of experience as a Business Analyst
• A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA
• Advanced technical skills in any of the database technologies , SQL is must
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Performing requirements analysis
