Who You Are: You have relevant years of sales experience (sales experience in consumer packaged goods is a plus) You are high energy and have the ability to engage effectively, influence retailer decisions, and communicate with multiple personality types You have excellent verbal and written communication skills You are goal-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently You can operate independently and have an entrepreneurial spirit the Account Representative will primarily work alone on calls and set his/her own schedule based on the needs of the accounts Ideal candidate has interest or experience with technology sales Must have flair in sales & marketing Should be a target & result oriented personality Should be smart, confident and possess decent personality.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing customers Sales Experience with Banking Sales, Technology Sales , Insurance Sales will be additional benefit What You'll Do: Perform sales through phone calls, emails, and social media Develops new customers Utilize insights, industry intel, sales, and financial data to present features, and benefits and overcome objections to upselling Maintains current customers.
Contribute to sales strategy development Day-to-day communications with customers Follow up and deliver on customer expectations with the internal team Participate in the acquisition of the new business (eg, customer meetings, Lead generation) Support planning and execution of promotions Utilize sales support systems (eg, CRM, MS Offfice, Word,PowerPoint etc.
) Manage and respond to the inbound customer service line and inbox Support the Director of Sales in research of key target accounts Required Qualifications:- Formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction Develop solutions for large and complex sales opportunities Developing overall solutions including high-level design, statements of work, migration, implementation & workshops Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process Liaising with Product Delivers outstanding practices in cloud computing services: Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platforms-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
Experience working with cloud computing platform such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, BMC, AWS, GCP And Azure Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements Ability to work in fast paced environment with different teams cutting across variable functions Detailed oriented, highly organized with creative problem-solving skills A desire to keep pace product, system and market knowledge in the product line and be open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
