Liaising with different sectors to ascertain training requirements and budgets, as well as tracking budgets and negotiating contracts 5 Should be target driven Desired Candidate Profile 1 Excellent oral and written communication skills 2 Strong presentation skills 3.

Ability to design training programs with the help of faculty from specific domain 4 Digitally literate with proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and Learning Management Systems (LMS), including familiarity with a range of e-learning platforms 5 Excellent negotiation skills: with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with training managers from various sectors and faculty members 6 Able to drive & possess a drivers license
