BDM Job Responsibilities include: Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Identify and Contact vendors in the market Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Follow up with inbound leads Send emailer quotes to enquirers Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Find potential events to put-up stalls and represent inQ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Utilise the Digital Designing and Digital Marketing team at inQ to create innovative sales outputs Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Requirements / Expected Skills: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Proficiency in English Excellent knowledge of MS Office An Outgoing personality who is required to walk into networking events and be comfortable introducing yourself and inQ to stranger Usage of social media tools is certainly needed and yes, you must be enjoying working with those tools and on those platforms Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations High school degree Most importantly, ownership and accountability
