Job overview
Develop strategic sales goals Seek out potential customers, Participate in marketing activities, Strategically position Company€™s products & services, Develop customer relationships & maintain/manage accounts. Negotiate various types of contracts etc. Accountable for Revenues, Margins and to build a successful and sustainable Business.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Experience in sales and business development in IT & Cyber Forensics technology.2. Expertise in new avenues & driving growth activities; exposure in Product. Go to the Market, Planning & Rollout.3. Formulating business strategies and strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational business objectives.4. People Management, Prospecting, New Business Acquisition, Account Management, Consultative Selling, Pricing Negotiations and Decisions,
5. Technical knowledge of Product refurbish and quality check and services with Process Definition & Implementation. 6. Collaborate with the supporting team and ensure they are equipped with skills in line with the business objectives
7. Vendor Management.
8. Knowledge of different type of network platform, Database architecture.
9. In depth knowledge about Data recovery, Network infrastructure, cloud etc.
10. Involve in the entire marketing and sales cycle right from prospecting, lead generation, demonstration, negotiation till the closure of the deal.11. Negotiated price and contract terms and prepare sales contracts. Manage customer relationship and handle customer issues.12. Follow up with the existing clients for the payments, up selling and cross selling and catering to their queries pertaining to the solution, documentation, demonstration etc. 13. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Profile requirements
€ 5-10 years of business development experience preferably from IT/ITES industry with 5 years experience in Sales.
€ Abreast knowledge of the latest developments, technologies and trends in the Industry.
€ Good existing clientele including Govt., Enterprises, Pvt.& Public sectors.
