• You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for company's success according to trends and customer requirements

• The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer's interest in the institute and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
• Handling management Personals of schools for Business generation & building strong relationship with top schools, Principals, Directors, School coordinators & toppers too.
  
  
• Generate database from Schools and other sources
• Maintaining Alumni relation
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters etc
• Conducting Seminars in schools, open seminars in town, Residential Apartments (Townships)
• Conducting various marketing campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events and Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Converting data into admissions.
  
  
• Interaction with students and parents on routine basis
• Liaison with Local tuition teachers to add business
• Analytical to gaze parent's requirement & offer services accordingly
• Self-motivated
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• Zeal to learn, Go Getter attitude
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (eg.
  
  CRM)
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (eg WebTrends)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time- management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
