Job Summary: The BD Executive will be responsible for search relevant candidates & profile, finding the best suitable professionals across the industry for proposal submission and on boarding of professionals during the project cycle Duties/Responsibilities: Searching relevant candidates & profile for tenders of State GovtCentral GovtPSUs Team formation of key professionals (Engineer's) CV as per RFP requirement for Bidding Project & Replacement of Key personal.

Record and maintain all recruitment related data and reports Candidate must have experience in team formation from Job portal like Naukri, Infracon, etc Understanding the requirement with regards to skills, position, experience, location, roles & responsibilities Follow up with the candidate for pre-requisite documents and related details Responsible for end-to-end formation for bid.

Know-how of bidding criteria and relevant requirement for submission of proposal Performs other duties as assigned Talent Acquisition- reviewing candidate applications, scheduling & conducting interviews Maintaining employee reference tracker and communicating timely feedback to the concerned employees Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven working experience of sourcing within assigned time and budget.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize task Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Should have working knowledge of Infracon portal/ any other relevant website for team formation as in required for submission of proposal Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines within budget.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Pre-Qualification: Post-Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field required 2-4 years of relevant experience
